Place measuring tape 1” under the armhole to measure the distance around the chest and the fullest part of the chest. Make sure its not too tight.
HIP
Stand with feet a few inches apart and measure around the fullest part of your hips
WAIST
Place measuring tape round the natural waistline or where your bellybutton is.
INSEAM
Measure from the crotch to the desired length of the pant, breaking at the top of the shoe and just above the heel in the back. Appropriate shoes should be worn
